Refreshing Strawberry, Watermelon and Chia Smoothie in minutes

Get ready for the heatwave with this mouthwatering fruit smoothie. Perfect for breakfast, mid morning snack or evening cooling down treat.

My favourite smoothie with 5 mins prep and 5 mins finish time.

What you need

1 cup of finely chopped strawberries

1 cup of watermelon cut in cubes

Half a lime

1/2 a cup of unsweetened almond milk

1 Tablespoon of chia seeds

How to make it

  1. Blend the strawberries, watermelon and chia seeds in a blender until a smooth, creamy consistency.
  2. Pour almond milk to thin.
  3. Squeeze a dash of lime to add acidity according to taste preference
  4. Add finely cut strawberries and chia seeds as a garnish

Storage

Store any leftovers in ice cube trays, last 1-2 days.
