Yoga Pose of the week – Shark

Sleek, Powerful, Determined.

The yoga pose of the week is the shark. I find this move quite uplifting, I hope you do too. It is great for all abilities and ages.

Sharks know what they want and go for it. A lesson for us all here.

How to: Lie on your tummy. Clasp your hands behind your back. Roll your shoulders back, lift your chest, hands and feet. Breathe, arch, lift and lengthen your whole body.

Use this pose to develop strength, focus and determination.

To conclude: Be a shark. Create your own positive outlook.
